Our dry, fresh Australian Sauvignon Blanc distinguished by its wonderful fruit flavours, definitive capsicum, ripe gooseberry and herbaceous fruit aromas and straw green colour. The wine is not bone dry and the flavours linger on a refreshing acid finish.
